I love hiking on the Crevasse Moraine Trail system great for all hiking experience levels. They also have some great mountain bike trails.

great hiking!
This trail system is a great way to hike around outer Palmer area. you will come upon a few really great viewpoints. level of difficulty is low so even beginners can enjoy it. watch out for ATV riders!

A great trail workout!
OK - for the most part, this is not your average flat trail system. This is in a moraine system of hills and you go up and down a lot but that is part of the adventure and work out. It's not extreme hills in any way - some may be steeper than others but they are relatively short. Great for younger kids over 4 or 5 (although there is some flatter area to spend with young kids who are just out to explore). Also has a SUPER sledding hill in winter - dangerously fast if you actually go to the top but for almost all people a third of the way up or maybe half gives you a great ride.
