Great fun!
My mother-in-law introduced us to the Piddle Around Theater a couple years ago; her church group goes most every year. Tickets sell out quick, so you have to be on the ball to get them, but it is so worth it. Delicious food is served at big tables, then when you're done, a group of talented folks put on quite the show- songs, stories, poems - all from 'back in the good old days'. Many of the folks there are of an age to actually remember some of the things they talk about- but folks of any age should see this show; besides being fed good and entertained, it makes you want to go home and talk to your older family members and collect their memories. thank ya'll for doing such a wonderful thing!

One of a kind!
Have attended the "Come Home, It's Suppertime" play two different times and hated for the evening to end. Hats off to this fine group of performers for keeping the memories of a much simpler time alive! I would encourage everyone to take the time to attend. Great outing for family, friends, and groups

Theater in the wood chips
Performed twice a year by local folks and based on stories from the depression era. Lots of singing and story telling. Dinner served family style on tables seating about 6-8 persons per table. Fried chicken, turnips, potatoes, corn bread and sweet tea. Floor covered with wood chips. You should go at least once. Building also has other things during the year such as story tellers with lunch served. Went in June and was very good.
