Regular older casino
Stopped in just for a bit to see what it was about. The security guard up front was super nice. The ladies at the desk were so so just didnt act like they loved their job. The place was clean but the seats were worn. We didnt win much at all but we didnt at any casino in AL.

Used to be the best
First let me say we used to love Victory Land. It used to be so much fun. Now it is a shell of itself, We went on a Wednesday night. It wasn't very crowded at all but it was very smoky. The woman at the front was rude. The slot machines had several issues: First the game will turn on at full volume and just about burst your ear drums and then it changes to a cacophony of buzzing and electronic garbled sounds. This happened on over half the games I played on. Second the Play button to start the reels most times wouldn't work and the other keys weren't labeled so if you hit the one you thought would be "repeat last bet" it would be the max bet. I had this happen twice. I also had bet values changed during play. I had a bet for 25 (plus 3 cents) and when I hit play the screen hung and it changed the bet to 4.00. The other strange thing I noticed was the number of "devil" games. One I believe was called the Gates of Hell. There were others I can't think of the name but there were so many it almost seemed like the theme of the casino. Also I noticed the word Play was changed on a couple of games to something else. I can't for the life of me remember the exact word but it was almost like Offering or something strange like that. My friend said the same thing but neither of us could remember exactly. To me the slots were tight. I hit several bonuses but they didn't pay out anything. My friend ended up making 100 but it started playing down instantly and the rest of the slots seemed to be very tight/broken so we ended up leaving. Maybe the business will pick up and they can buy some new slot machines and hopefully ban smoking in the game room :/ or get some ventilation that works better.
