An high quality Goodwill
I found out about this place on the “Atlas Obscura”. I read many reviews and some of the them I don’t think they were accurate. Most probably it lost the reason why it was open (it is not possible to determined if the items in the shop really derived from unclaimed baggages except for all the toiletries at the end of the men area). In one of the reviews I read that is like going to a goodwill but I personally think that the quality of the clothes is pretty much higher than goodwill and they are kept better. In another one I read that someone was disappointed about the men section which was smaller: they have the men section in another building opposite the women one and they have a pretty vast selection of items, also from high fashion designers. We were not able, though, to figure out how they price the items. Some are still a little expensive compared to their original price (you can check the price of the branded articles on the brand website). On the overall I would recommend to go, have patience in searching between all the clothes they have and take almost and entire day to dedicate to the shop ( there is a Small cafe too). And in case you ski or snowboard, the selection of clothes for those sports is really wide and of well renowned brands. And finally they also sell wedding and ceremony dresses.

Not As Unclaimed As Before
Now, Unclaimed is more akin to TJMax or similar off-price retail stores and less like a thrift store. It continues to have unclaimed or used merchandise but there is much more new merchandise on the sales floor. There are fewer real bargains. Overall, price levels appear higher. The store has evolved and adapted to a new era where there is less availability of unclaimed baggage merchandise. However, there continues to be used electronics, cameras, computers at approximately 50% off new retail prices. Books are priced competitive with thrift store prices. Clothing, watches, and fashion items, some used and some not, are priced at a significant discount to traditional retail stores. The store itself has been up graded and radically rearranged with new store fixtures.
