Great to-do for Saturday mornings in Tuscaloosa
Who wants GMOs? I'd much rather get my produce (fruits, lettuce, soups and such) from local farmers. In the summer they've had a shave ice (or snow cone) venue outside. Bring your pets too! The venue is covered so you have shade, and it sits right on the Black Warrior River off Jack Warner Pkwy. Great for everyone!

They are always doing something up at this joint
The farmer's market here is pretty fabulous. This guy at work, Bobby, brought us some Amish bread from the farmer's market, I totally ate it all! They have honey, vegetables, soap, some tea, clothing, all kinds of awesome things. A live band every once in a while. Awesome place to visit.

Quaint farmers market on the river
Definitely a nice venue, with interesting offerings. It was great to browse the booths and then take a stroll along the riverside. It was a little smaller in scale that expected, but worth a Saturday morning stroll
