My lunch walking spot
A lovely little spot just a block off the square in Talladega. Always beautifully manicured. A treat for race fans who want to see the plaque dedicated to their favorite driver, or just anyone out for a stroll. Very safe. The police station is right behind it.

Walk of fame
Very nice way to honor & induct nascar drivers. They have new and old drivers They hold a big event every year. They set up a stage and chairs on the lawn. The drivers are brought in and inducted. They reveal the bronze plaque. After dedication they have great entertainment & fireworks. Was built in honor of Davey Allison after his death. In the spring & fall its is so pretty with trees & blooms. I go there during the year for photo shoots. Great place to just visit. It has plaques, benches & side walk. All the plaques have history of drivers. Safe location directly behind the police & fire station. Just off the historic square & across from historic Talladega Spring. Great place to visit.

Nice quick stop
I had to post after seeing the last review. Almost didn't visit because of it. It was very clean and maintained when we visited . Worth seeing if you are a race fan.
