Beware
Be aware. Tried to play a round of golf with my wife as a rider through a Groupon deal but was informed once I arrived that this wasn’t allowed until after 3 pm and they has paired me with another individual. This information was not provided to me with the Groupon deal and the golf course attendants could care less. Stated that they had the information on their website, but I did not arrange my tee time through their website but through the Groupon. Definitely not worth the effort to play here with the poor quality of the course and lack of support. Will not be going back.

Mean staff
Inexpensive golf is not always easy to come by. But in this case, the affordability is far outweighed by the efforts of ownership (someone named Jerry) to runoff prospective members. The term confrontational does not do it justice. Apparently he does not care for children nor does he understand the value of his 2 star course. Ball mark repairs of the least of the concerns with regards to the quality of this course. But this aside, scaring four children by berating their father for being past their "twilight hour deadline" (he let us tee of at 6:00 knowing sundown was at 7:10 PM and raised his voice for having to wait on us to finish hole number 7), is not good for business. I am embarrassed for the course and the crotchety old man that runs it. Pay the extra money and drive to Canebrake where the service is congruent with the cost of play. I have been told the course is up for sale and it will be sad to see this landmark close as the current owner drives customers away (no pun intended) by putting his grouchy attitude as a curmudgeon on full display each week.
