Small rural well maintained rail stock collection.
We stopped here on our way from Huntsville to Chattanooga as its just 1.5 miles off Rt 72. Arriving before 9 AM, we parked at the gate and walked around the well preserved 1937 station and looked at all the rail stock. We were impressed with the entire site as it shows its maintained with pride.

Neat!
They were not giving train rides on the day we went. The volunteer who was working did open the caboose and the mail train for us to look at. They were neat! Interesting history of how they sorted the mail and transported it long ago. Good picture props!

fun train ride
if this is the place I am remembering it is in the area of Huntsville known as Chase, fun train rides on very old trains, you can tour around on their property too...Saturdays only I believe
