Loved the Pottery and the owner!
One of the owners, Bill Miracle, waited on me. He explained how his wife created the pottery and about different pieces. While I was there a storm came up knocking out the power, he was very kind and we chatted until the power came back on and long after I checked out. The pottery is amazing and I purchased several pieces! They also own the restaurant about the pottery shop, J. Spencer's. It was a beautiful restaurant, with excellent food.

Nice items
There are some very nice pieces, however, way way over priced. Staff almost too friendly and a little pushy. Visit the pottery row, NC HWY 705 or Kentucky for great pottery at fantastic prices.

Neat place near the falls
Love this pottery shop! My husband and I had researched pottery shops before we ventured out because I had hoped to buy some to add to my collection. We were very pleased with the shop when we got there. We bought an apple baker, a bacon cooker, and a honey pot. Can't wait to buy some apples, bacon, and local honey to put them into rotation :) There were several other pieces that I also would love to own; it was hard to decide what to choose this go-round. I especially loved the graceful design of the urns, and the dishes were so pretty as well. Though there were so many nice coffee cups, we passed them by- this time. We enjoyed chatting with the ladies there as well. There is a rental there for vacationers wanting to be near the falls. We will be back.
