Very nice massage, front desk staff lacking
This is a "club" spa. I used the introductory rate to get a one hour massage. I walked in by referral from a friend the day before to check out the spa. I asked questions to the staff at the front desk and they seemed clueless. To my hesitation, I booked a massage anyway and grabbed a brochure for reading later. I even considered cancelling my appointment all day, but I really needed this. Thomas was the therapist and he did a wonderful job. Afterwards they did manage to bring out staff that were very knowledgeable at trying to sell a membership. I just couldn't cough up a monthly fee for something that is a less than needed treat to myself.

Not place I would recommend
The massage therapist was great. The company is not one I would recommend based on my experience today. I made a 5:00 appointment today by phone, the girl told me to arrive at 4:45 (she said 4:45 not fifteen minutes early) when I arrived I was told my appointment was not until 5:30. After the massage I told them I had a voucher for my massage. My daughter gave me, I told them this on the phone, and gave them the bar code when the appointment was made. After the massage the blonde at the front desk, who said she was a manager, said I could not use the voucher and charged me for the visit. She gave me song n dance story about the employee who was on the desk didn't k ow what she was doing. My reply was her the employees needed to know how to do their "freaking". The blonde manager then chastised me for using the word "freaking" because she didn't talk like that. The word FREAKING. Hope she grows up if she IS a manager as she said. Sorry to have to identify her as blonde manager but she did not give her name. Until they have competent employees at the front desk I would not recommend this place.
