Amazing State Park!!
We have stayed at Lake Lurleen several times over the past few years. The grounds are always beautiful and staff are so kind and helpful. We recently moved to the area and needed a place to stay for a month before we could move into a house and Lake Lurleen came thru with flying colors. Love it here! Very relaxing and beautiful sunsets. Thank you Lake Lurleen!

Old Fashioned camping
Campground is set around a large lake, on rolling hills and forested areas. It’s a lovely old fashioned camping experience with large, private sites that are not on top of each other. We were only there one night so didn’t get a chance to explore the many trails and to kayak the lake. If ever in the area again, I’d come back.
