    A very interesting museum!
You can see steam engines here. Along with that you find information on cotton too. This building used to be a confederate prison, a hospital and grafitti. You can see a model village, ride a train from a train station which was operational till 1968 and see vintage cars and fire engines.

Much bigger & better than we anticipated!
We went with another couple ~ both the guys are train buffs so we stopped by this depot museum. The exhibit turned out to be much more comprehensive than we expected. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the depot as well as the Civil War. In fact, we had the opposite problem of another reviewer here. That reviewer felt rushed, our guide was chatty to a fault. We had to push him along or we would've been there for hours!! But he knew his stuff and you can't help but appreciate his dedication to the museum. There is a lot of historical "stuff" on display, something for everybody really. This is definitely worth a stop.
