Gulf Coast Tennis Club features indoor, temperature controlled, Italian red clay courts derived from imported crushed red brick. The dynamic surface awards players the unique experience marked by a more accurate ball bounce, longer rallies and a ability to slide. Indirect lighting and 45-foot ceilings highlight the four individual fenced courts, grass walkways and observation deck.

Excellent facility
Loved these courts. The only improvement we could recommend is the possibility of purchasing water instead if just powerade which required exact change

Tennis during your travels to South Alabama
This facility is well worth your time. During the hot and humid summer or the rainy season, we locals enjoy this facility which is always open to the public. The bounce of the ball is very true and seems faster than other types of soft courts. Court time is generally available for visitors at a very reasonable rate. The newest demo racquets are ready for your use as you hit with your friends or a practice session with a coach. Avid players will appreciate the spacious area outside the courts and the high ceilings for lobbing. I am a local user of this facility.
