Slice of Heaven
My husband and I stayed at Gorham's Bluff in October 2020 for our anniversary. Everything was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Anything you need, just ask. We had an amazing 4 course filet dinner for our anniversary, and the filet was bigger than any steak I had ever seen - seriously, like almost 12 oz. for a FILET. It was perfectly cooked to order. Our breakfast the next morning was delivered to our room promptly when we requested it. It was absolutely delicious. We left and explored during the day, but return for dinner the second night and again - nothing was left to be desired. Dakota, the chef and his sweet wife who makes the desserts did a phenomenal job. Stephanie was an angel and so fun to speak with. We stayed in one of the third floor suites which had a king size bed, double fireplace and huge jacuzzi tub. The lodgings were comfortable and clean. We loved the robes in the closet and thought that was a special touch. We were able to open our windows for some fresh mountain air which you can hardly find anywhere anymore! I will say, the only downfall was getting out to the bluff requires a LOT of curvy, windy, country roads and I was carsick both times we trekked out there - but it was WORTH IT! We highly recommend Gorham's Bluff to anyone! We will be back!

Piece of paradise
Gorham’s Bluff and the lodge are a secluded little piece of paradise on a bluff overlooking this incredible view below. The houses in the neighborhood are very charming and there’s a nice pool. Anyone looking for a nice romantic getaway would enjoy a long weekend here.
