Very Enjoyable self tour.
Thoroughly enjoyed the self tour of this 1860’s mansion. Many items were original and many were from the period. Enjoyed taking all the time we wanted to read the many informative description of items on display. We were allowed to sit almost anywhere on the furniture and were allowed to visit all the floors all the way up to the cupola. Worth the $7. My wife and I were the only ones there.

Excellent Experience
We enjoyed the tour and the fee was very reasonable. The volunteer guide was knowledgeable and was able to answer most all of our questions. I also appreciate the efforts made to preserve this property and hope that decision makers continue to support this museum in the future, Don't loose thousands to save a dollar. Frankly, an attraction like this encourages tourism that is more beneficial to the community than one might think.
