Cherokee Ridge Golf course - hidden Gem

The course is well laid out and challenging. A nice combination of short and long holes, some tricky water holes and a beautiful waterfall set in a very nice community. Price is very reasonable and the upkeep of the course is excellent.

    First Class venue
The course is in phenomenal shape. There has been a lot of rain but the grounds crew has done a great job of maintaining the course. If you want a first class golf experience go to Cherokee Ridge. The course is never so crowded that you have to wait around to play. The scenery is grand especially over by hole number 15 where the waterfall is running strong due to the recent rain. The course is challenging too.

    Always Enjoyable In The Past
The Cherokee Ridge golf course is a natural beauty. It is challenging regardless of your choice of tees to play from and you will likely use every club in your bag. The club house is nice with an adequately stocked pro-shop, and there is a guest house for groups wishing to stay overnight. My friends and I have played there for years as guests although we are members of other clubs. Greens were recently replaced and although they are a bit tricky they are in fantastic condition; accolades to their members that reworked the greens Great job!. The only draw back is recent price increases; there are no longer any discounts for seniors, or military or any other category. The snack bar also has increased prices; a domestic beer and a hot dog was over $13. Apparently, Cherokee Ridge has decided to discourage non-members from playing their course, which is very regretful.
