Great Antique Store in Uniquely Southern Locale!
A great Sunday afternoon visit to Brittany House Antiques, nestled in the charming community of Oak Hill, Alabama! A beautiful backroads road trip brought us to Brittany House from nearby Monroeville. This place has an amazing selection of antique furniture, silver, porcelain and more! Lance, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and well connected in the region. Sells all over the world. While we visited on a Sunday afternoon, several other visitors came in. This is a great destination in the rural south. While in the area, continue on to nearby Camden, Selma and Monroeville! We spent over an hour exploring the store and adjancent barn, both packed with beautiful furniture and accessories, and reasonably priced at high quality. If you are looking for special and unique pieces, this is your place! Also has a nice selection of antique lamps and exquisite chandliers,antique clocks, books on southern history and culture, artwork and more!
