Beautiful architecture, clean, good restaurants nearby

I visited BJCC over the course of a few days for a convention. The complex is massive and the brutalist architecture (especially surrounding the inner-outdoor plaza really stands out. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the interior is clean, and it's easy to access from the Sheraton.

Good Venue - Make Sure You Know Which Venue You're Actually Going To
Came here twice in about a week to two different events in different parts of the center. The center itself is very nice. Everything looks clean and cared for. If you don't know exactly which place you're going to, it can be difficult to find the entry. Both events had staff members in the walkways to help direct people, which definitely helped. There is parking on most sides around the venue. If you can park inside the venue, which is pretty limited, it is extremely convenient, safe, and affordable.

    Nice & Clean
This complex is home to many various events, which makes it a great venue for anything imaginable. However, because it is less event specific, the seats for events such as Broadway plays and concerts are not necessarily ideal the farther you get from the "good" seats. My advice would be to spend the extra money on more desirable seating whenever possible, and you won't regret it. Other than that, it's a nice location, clean, and well staffed. If you park in the lot across the street, be careful with your heels because it's a gravel area :) It's proximity to downtown hotels is terrific, but a nice dinner will be a drive away and not a walk.
