Breakfast Trolley Tour
I took the Breakfast Trolley Tour on June 23, 2012, and found it to be an outstanding and fun way to learn Huntsville history! The trolley was unique, charming, and added incredible ambiance. It was much more fun than a run-of-the-mill bus, and early in the morning, it was great to drop down the windows and enjoy the air before it got too hot outside. The tour guide was knowledgeable, the material was interesting, the food was outstanding, and the price was unbeatable. Most tours of this caliber, in larger cities, would cost twice as much, and would not include food or coffee. At one hour, it was exactly the right amount of time to keep everyone's interest. I would recommend this tour to everyone!

Great, Very Detailed, Tour!
We visited the recently improved Constitution Villingen in Huntsville. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of details on the history of the place, the architecture, Huntsville, the Post Office, mapmaking in the early history of Alabama, newspaper printing, woodworking, blacksmithing etc. In the late afternoon, there were volunteers in period clothing spinning wool and operating the forge for the enjoyment and edification of visitors. Overall, a great experience, even if the tour was a little longer than anticipated.
