Dohat Arad Lagoon is the place where Bahraini's come to exercise. There's a 3km walking/jogging path around the lagoon which comes to life in the evening when the temperature drops. Early morning, if the tide is out, you can see a good selection of birdlife (including flamingos). If you're hungry after the exertion, there are a number of restaurants to pick from. Parking is free.

Good place to relaxe
When the weather not so hot and humid, I like to do some sport there, and I don't really like the restaurants that are open there. We should have better.
