Excellent visit! Highly recommend
We travelled with 3 kids and my parents and every single one of us enjoyed this tour. The facility is accessible by taxi and is around 15 minutes from Masjid e Nabawi. The museum is air conditioned. We bought our tickets on site and requested for an English speaking guide. The guide was informative, spoke clearly and answered all our questions patiently. We learned quite a bit. At the end of the tour, we were offered dates and tea. The bathrooms are clean as well.

YOU CANNOT MISS THIS
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! You must not miss this museum. My tour group did not bring me to this place so I took Careem here by myself and after my visit I felt incredibly sorry for the rest of my group because they didn’t get to experience this. I sat for days in Masjid Nabawi trying to imagine what it was like during the prophet’s time, and this place satisfied my curiosity. They explained everything about Madinah and Makkah during the time of the prophet through dioramas and artefacts and something about seeing the story visually and seeing what the prophet’s house looked like and how it progressed to Masjid Nabawi helped me appreciate my Madinah experience more and I felt like I was reliving the past. The tour guide spoke in English, was very knowledgeable and helpful and he explained the stories so well. I learnt so much about the Prophet’s Seerah and I’m so grateful for the experience. The staff were all so friendly and when I was sitting alone at the waiting area one of them offered me Arabic coffee and I thought that was a lovely gesture. Must must must visit.
