Wonderful Farm Stand Type Grocery and Garden Center
If you have never been to Idlywilde Farms in Acton, MA - you just have to go and see for youself. It is one of a kind in this area. This is a year round operation where you can find most anything you might be looking for - fresh produce, organic meats, fresh fish, Iggy's bread and others, multinational cheeses, fresh pates, wine, beer, prepared meals, grocery items, and the list goes on. If you are looking for something - you will more than likely find it at Idlywilde. It is more than just a store - it is a unique experience.

OUTSTANDING Gourmet “Farm Stand”
We have been traveling 20 miles each way for years to shop here. Easily, far and away, THE BEST produce in the area and a wide selection of gourmet cheeses, charcuterie, baked goods, dairy products, sweets, etc. Pricey but worth it given the quality. Ample parking. Closed Tuesdays. One area that needs improvement is employee demeanor; many are aloof and some are downright unfriendly bordering on rude as was the case with our cashier on this trip (Sarah) who exuded not wanting to be there and actually refused to acknowledge or even look at my wife and me when we attempted to engage her in a very friendly manner. Sarah needs a different job.
