Fantastic spa!
I visited 1 on 1 spa to try a monthly special offer - mud body wrap. The experience began with a full body scrub with aromatic salts and then a mud wrap and a blissful dozing session in the dry soft float. The best way to relax! The spa itself is in the very beautiful house and the people who work there (every single one!) are absolutely the best!

World-class customer care/service
About six times a year, I travel hundreds of miles from metro-NYC to Mass. for much-needed R&R. I love 1 on 1 Self Indulgence for massages, facials and mani-pedis. They also offer a huge array of other services aimed at healthy living, stress relief and deep relaxation. Their highly professional staff is superb: They are skilled experts, and everyone on the team is dedicated to world-class customer care. This spa is beautiful, serene, meticulously sanitary. I consider my visits to 1 on 1 Self Indulgence a smart investment in my personal health as well as my professional success.
