Beautiful Waterloo Village, NJ
Beautiful state park located 10 minutes off I-80 and feels like a world of its own. With some building renovated, others under renovation and an active United Methodist Church established in 1859 and still holding Sunday service every Sunday at 10am ( outside, in accordance with 2020 health rules and regs). The park is peaceful and serine- a wonderful area for amateur photogs, like me! Never crowded, except for an occasional event, there is a wedding hall available. Beautiful, time well spent

Historical Village
I stop here several times a year. Great historic village along the Morris Canal. Many of the buildings are original. Great for photography any time of the year. Several easy walking ares.

Missing the concerts
I love Waterloo Village. Since I was a child in school I have visited Waterloo for learning experiences as well as concerts. Now it seems the concerts have trickled down to almost 0 per year which is a shame. I have been to the most memorable concerts of my life at waterloo. It is still a great place to take a child to learn the history of Waterloo.
