    Helpful employees
    Me and my siblings got snowboards so we used black tie. The people helping us were very nice and kind. They helped with finding the right size and knowing if the shoes were comfortable or not. There names were Ryan and Aubrey and they were the best.

    Black Tie Truckee = Excellent
    We just spent a few days up in Tahoe City with plans to go to Northstar. Black Tie out of Truckee came to or cabin and took great care of us. I have been a customer for a few years and truly love this service. The staff is very informative and professional. They have plenty of gear and have never failed to bring the right equipment in the truck. My whole family and all of our friends enjoyed the convenience of having the rental come to us.... The pick up was totally painless and the change we needed was handled perfectly. If you are considering renting equipment, don't hesitate to call Black Tie...they will make you a customer, I guarantee it. Good job guys, we will be back.
